The Opportunity
Regnology, a global leader in regulatory and supervisory technology solutions, is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join its expanding international Human Resources team. Based in the United States, the successful candidate will support HR services locally while contributing to the development and optimization of global HR processes.

Role Responsibilities
The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for delivering efficient, compliant, and people-focused HR support. Initially concentrating on HR services for US-based employees, the role will gradually extend to support global locations and contribute to international HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Payroll & Benefits Management:
- Serve as the main contact for external payroll providers in the US
- Ensure timely, compliant payroll processing and reporting
- Coordinate benefit programs and manage employee inquiries
- Employee Lifecycle Administration:
- Manage onboarding, job transfers, compensation adjustments, and terminations
- Prepare contracts and handle employment documentation
- Maintain accurate digital personnel records in the HRIS
- Compliance & Data Governance:
- Ensure adherence to US labor laws and internal compliance standards
- Uphold confidentiality and data privacy in all HR transactions
- Draft HR-related correspondence professionally and in a timely manner
- Collaboration & Advisory:
- Act as a liaison between HR, external partners, and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with employee relations and union representatives where applicable
- Support HR process optimization and contribute to global HR projects and tool implementation
Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR operations, with a focus on payroll, compensation, and benefits
- Proven ability to manage HR processes within international and multicultural environments
- Strong working knowledge of US labor laws and payroll standards
- Experience with HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Demonstrated discretion with confidential data and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a global HR team
