Spyro, an Afrobeats musician, has responded to reports that he is the biological father of reality TV personality Nengi Hampson’s child.

Nengi recently revealed that her first child was born in February.

Spyro, who has previously admitted to having a major crush on Nengi, congratulated her on the birth of her child by posting her video.

There were rumors that he was the baby’s father after he posted a congrats message.

Reacting to the speculation via his Instagram story, Spyro wrote, “Nigerians, very ignorant set. Exactly why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer… But then again, what do I even know?

“Congratulations again, my Nengs.”

Nengi’s pregnancy was allegedly caused by Bayelsa State Governor Douye Diri a few weeks ago, but the governor denied the rumors as unfounded.

He asserted that his political rivals were responsible for it.
