According to reports, Galatasaray is prepared to make a record-breaking offer in an attempt to sign Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen to a long-term contract.
After his transfer to Chelsea fell through, the Nigerian international signed a loan deal with the Turkish powerhouses from Napoli.
Osimhen has scored 28 goals in 32 games across all competitions since joining the team, spearheading Galatasaray’s efforts to win the domestic cup and hold onto the Turkish Super Lig title.
The Istanbul giants are prepared to offer Napoli an incredible €70 million transfer fee and give Osimhen a three-year contract worth €15 million net per season, plus performance-related bonuses, according to Cumhuriyet, a Spanish outlet.
The suggested compensation package will be comparable to what elite Premier League teams are offering.
Top European teams like Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea, and even Saudi Arabia will be interested in Galatasaray, though, and they will have to fight for it.
